\t\t\t\t\tFALLS CHURCH or LEESBURG, VATMG is a highly reputable commercial and government General Contractor, based out of VA. All of the work TMG does is in NOVA or DC. Their biggest client on the commercial side is airports/commercial/local government projects downtown DC, which makes up 10 buildings in the area alone in DC. This is the team they are hiring for. TMG needs a Safety Manager (3-5 years of experience) to come join the team to deliver these projects long-term. They had someone leave due to personal matters separate from work (Safety Manager), and were already in the process of having tons of long-term work for a Safety Manager. This put TMG in an unexpected/huge bind. 40 HOUR SALARIED-EXEMPT. This individual will be working between 40-45 hours/week, but will be salaried exempt. Please make this clear from the beginning. They want this person to become a FTE after the CTH, and this is how all their employees operate internally (salaried). This individual will be a Safety Manager working on mostly all interiors such as offices, interiors, garages, upgrades, etc.

\t\t\t\t\t1. 5+ (non-negotiable) years of SSHO or Safety Manager experience working for a general contractor doing commercial work - CM does not count and is not relevant at all for TMG - no Owner's Reps - (Only 3+ YOE required if they have a relevant Construction or Engineering Degree)2. OSHA30 and EM-385 - Must be active - project basic-level requirements require them both to be active3. Comfortable with running all safety meetings and scheduling all subs in conjunction with jobsite safety requirements

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.65 - $40.87/hr.
