Safety Manager
Job Title: Safety Manager - Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Safety Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) execution across active industrial and construction projects. You will partner closely with project managers, field leaders, and peer EHS professionals to ensure regulatory compliance, reduce risk, and advance a strong safety culture in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

ResponsibilitiesLead EHS execution across active industrial and construction projects.Collaborate closely with project managers, field leaders, and peer EHS professionals.Ensure regulatory compliance with safety standards and EHS regulations.Reduce risk and enhance safety culture within the team.Develop and deliver comprehensive safety training programs.Essential SkillsMinimum of 7 years of experience in safety coordination or related roles, focusing on the construction industry.Strong understanding of OSHA standards and EHS regulations.Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs.Additional Skills & QualificationsOSHA 500 Certification – Outreach TrainerCPR and First Aid certificationsCHST – Certified Safety & Health TechnicianCSP – Certified Safety ProfessionalOther relevant EHS certificationsWork Environment

This position is onsite, offering you the opportunity to join a rapidly growing team in a dynamic and fast-paced industrial and construction environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Wilmington, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $55.00/hr.
