We are seeking dedicated Safety Managers to join our team. This role involves directing forklifts, skid steers, and other machinery on-site. Additionally, there is a need for an Administrative professional to handle clerical work and manage timesheets in the trailer.
ResponsibilitiesDirect and manage on-site machinery such as forklifts and skid steers.Conduct safety orientations, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and safety meetings.Oversee both internal and subcontractor safety protocols.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct audits.
Essential SkillsExperience in solar, electrical, and construction safety.Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety training.Experience in safety management, compliance, and construction safety.
Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in safety or a related technical field with at least 5 years of experience in a construction safety role.Completion of the OSHA 500 Training Course with at least 5 years of experience in a construction safety role.Certified Health and Safety Technician (CHST) designation with at least 4 years in a construction safety role.

Work Environment
Work on a 20 MW solar farm with a schedule from Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 5:30 PM. Appropriate work clothing is required on-site. A daily per diem is provided for qualified workers.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
