Accurately document case details, analyze trends, and share actionable insights with leadership to drive continuous improvement. 3. Support quality adherence, process compliance, and knowledge sharing within the team. **\-\-\-\- Basic Qualifications ----** 1. Should be a graduate 2. Candidates must possess strong verbal, written, and reading communication skills in both English and Hindi 3. Demonstrated experience in documentation accuracy. 4. Strong understanding of customer support workflows, case management tools, and quality standards. **\-\-\-\- Preferred Qualifications ----** 1. Working knowledge of **Google Sheets**, including the ability to review, update, and interpret data accurately. 2.
