The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for implementing safety procedures, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and requirements, and adhering to state and federal regulations, including maintaining accurate records.

ResponsibilitiesImplement safety procedures in accordance with OSHA standards.Ensure compliance with state and federal safety regulations and laws.Maintain comprehensive safety records and documentation.Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure workplace safety.Provide safety training and management for construction projects.Essential SkillsBilingual in English and Spanish.5+ years of safety experience in construction or a similar industry.CPR Certified.First Aid Certified.Knowledge of Lock Out Tag Out procedures.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with OSHA 30 standards.Experience in safety management and construction safety.Ability to conduct audits and inspections.Understanding of health and safety procedures.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The role involves a combination of fieldwork and office duties, depending on the day. The Safety Coordinator will operate independently as a one-person team. The position requires working shifts from 6am to 4:30pm.
