**Safety Coordinator – Build a Culture of Safety**

**About the Role**
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to lead and maintain safety compliance at the plant level. This role is key to fostering a strong safety culture by ensuring all training, documentation, and daily safety practices are in place and effective.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Conduct OSHA and company-required safety training
+ Maintain accurate training records and attendance logs
+ Perform daily safety observations across production areas
+ Lead quarterly safety committee meetings and document minutes
+ Recommend improvements to safety programs and procedures
+ Monitor accident trends and implement corrective actions
+ Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and safety concerns
+ Collaborate with the Corporate Safety Team on compliance initiatives
+ Promote a positive, safety-first workplace culture
**What You Bring**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Construction Management, or related field
+ Minimum 2 years of onsite safety compliance experience
+ OSHA 30 certification required
+ Bilingual capability highly preferred
+ OSHA 510 or 511 certification is a plus
+ Familiarity with EHS standards and construction safety practices
+ Strong communication and leadership skills

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
