**LOCATION** 4287 Route 130 S Edgewater Park NJ US 08010 **Overview** Burlington Stores, Inc. is looking for a dedicated **Safety Coordinator** to support our East Coast Safety Manager and play a vital role in promoting a safe and compliant work environment across our distribution network. This role is essential to ensuring adherence to state, federal, and OSHA safety regulations while championing the well-being of our team members. As a key partner in our safety efforts, you will monitor and evaluate safety processes, identifying areas of risk and opportunity across our facilities. You’ll be responsible for tracking and analyzing accident data to help uncover trends and drive proactive safety improvements. In addition, you’ll assist in the delivery of safety training initiatives and programs that reinforce a strong safety culture. You’ll conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance and performance. Working closely with the Safety Manager, you’ll help communicate findings and drive continuous improvement efforts across all levels of the organization.
