Safety Auditor

The Safety Auditor reports to the Manager of EHS. Responsible for conducting safety, environmental, and quality audits to ensure compliance with AAR policies, regulatory requirements, and Repair Station Quality Manual standards. Collaborates with facility leadership to promote safety initiatives, analyzes incident data to identify trends, maintains audit and accident reports, and supports continuous improvement across departments.

What you will be responsible for:

Perform and maintain AAR Safety and Environmental audits.Conduct yearly audits on AAR Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies/compliance of different departments.Coordinates safety efforts with facility supervision and safety committee.Analyzes data to find accident trends and develop remedies for unsafe conditions or actions.Maintain records on accidents and audits.Conduct random audits of aircraft to ensure AAR-ASR Repair Station Quality Manual (RSQM) are being followed.Perform other tasks that may be reasonably assigned by his/her supervisor or manager.All other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED required.1-2 years in a similar role.Willingness to participate in on-the-job training for Auditing, OSHA, RCRA, CPR First Aid AED classes, injury, and accident investigations.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $19.32 to $23.77 hourly. This range reflects the base pay for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. AAR offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision/life/and ADD insurance, 401(k) savings plan with employer match, paid time off and holiday pay, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
