iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

**About the job**
_As_ **_Safety Associate VIE_** _within our Safety and Pharmacovigilance team, you’ll provide assistance to the Country Safety Head with the preparation or implementation of local risk management plans (RMPs) to support both new product registrations and ongoing life cycle management. You will also assist the Country Safety Head in the preparation, implementation and management of Pharmacovigilance Agreements and Safety Data Exchange Agreements (SDEAs), review digital and market research projects to ensure compliance with PV requirements, and support the Country Safety Head in signal management activities including documentation of Significant Safety Issues (SSIs)._

**Main responsibilities:**
+ Assist the Country Safety Head in providing education and training on safety topics within Sanofi ANZ, including documentation of attendees and topics covered (e.g., new employee training, PV awareness training, training of service providers).
+ Comply with relevant company/department policies/procedures.
+ Assist with the preparation of departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality documents.
+ Collect information on adverse events (AEs) for all Sanofi products, and assess and evaluate information received against minimal reporting criteria, internal and regulatory guidelines.
+ In collaboration with external vendor, ensure processing of local individual case safety reports is completed in accordance with local and corporate policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
+ Provide oversight of internal/external reconciliation and quality checks of pharmacovigilance data to ensure database accuracy and compliance.
**About you**
**Experience:**
+ Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
**Soft and technical skills:**
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Advanced presentation skills, attention to detail, curiosity.
+ Works well independently and as part of a team.
+ Good understanding of medical terminology.
+ Knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines is preferred.
**Education:**
+ Master’s Degree in pharmacy, medicine, science or related discipline.
**Languages:**
+ Fluency in English.
