Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives._ **Main responsibilities:** + Lead the development and implementation of HSE excellence and project management strategies across the site organization, aligning with company CBNs & roadmaps. + Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards, staying updated on changes and incorporating them into local safety programs. + Develop and implement Safety programs tailored to specific local operational needs, including the Leading Safety program. + Conduct regular safety risk assessments, develop risk mapping/mitigation plans, and implement risk management practices. + Foster a culture of continuous improvement for all HSE transversal processes with an End-to-End approach, supporting KPIs tracking and trending. + Lead the deployment of the One HSE Culture program and perform HSE process analysis maturity to develop improvement plans. + Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and streamline operations, reducing variability and improving overall process performance. + Lead local HSE management system and documentation in alignment with Global guidance. + Deliver safety training programs at all levels and promote a proactive culture of safety through continuous education and awareness campaigns. + Lead investigations into safety events, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. + Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and regulatory controls to ensure compliance with safety standards. + Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct regular emergency drills. + Coach and work closely with all stakeholders to integrate safety into all activities and communicate safety information effectively. + Evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and make continuous improvements, staying informed about new technologies and best practices in safety management. **About you** **Experience:** + Previous experience in safety management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing industry and in the HSE field. **Soft and technical skills:** + Proficiency in management systems, regulatory knowledge, and audits. + Knowledge of product stewardship and all HSE expertise. + In-depth understanding of safety management standards and regulations, including international standards ISO, etc. + Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies. + Strong abilities to coach and animate to drive transformation and HSE performance. + Proficiency in analysing safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement. **Education:** + Master’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field.
