**Job Title: Safety Advisor**
**Job Description**
As a Safety Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel on site. You will be responsible for identifying potential safety risks, fostering strong relationships with foremen, and effectively communicating safety protocols to team members. Your role will include having tough conversations about safety compliance and reminding personnel to adhere to safety standards such as wearing PPE and securing themselves while working at heights. Proficiency in using an iPad, email, and completing basic documentation is preferred.
**Responsibilities**
+ Spot safety issues and address them with personnel.
+ Build and maintain relationships with foremen and team members.
+ Act as a team player and engage in tough safety conversations.
+ Warn individuals about non-compliance with safety protocols.
+ Remind workers to secure themselves while working at heights.
+ Manage attendance records in the morning and check people out at the end of shifts.
+ Record and manage various site documentation.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in safety, OSHA regulations, health & safety, and construction.
+ Proficiency in safety reporting and risk management.
+ Leadership and coaching abilities.
+ Field coordination and construction administration skills.
+ 3+ years of experience in construction and safety roles.
+ OSHA 10 certification.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Bilingual skills are preferred.
+ Experience in field construction, field administration, or field coordination is advantageous.
+ Knowledge of framing, drywall, or painting is a plus.
+ Experience working at framing or drywall construction companies is beneficial.
+ Experience in safety roles looking to move into management is considered a step up.

**Work Environment**
The position is based on large commercial and industrial job sites. Work shifts are structured around the first shift schedule. The environment is safety-focused and encourages compliance with all safety protocols.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Queen Creek, AZ.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.65 - $30.20/hr.
