Position Overview

We are urgently seeking a project-based Safety Documentation Coordinator to build and implement a digital record‑keeping system for all external contractor and consultant safety credentials. This is a critical initiative to ensure full compliance with OSHA and industrial safety requirements.

This role is not a long‑term position and is intended solely to complete the development and deployment of this organizational system.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement a digital tracking system (Excel or available software) for all required safety documentation, including trainings, certificates, and other compliance records.Collect, organize, and verify safety documentation from 130+ contractors and consultants.Ensure all records meet OSHA and relevant industrial safety standards.Identify missing documentation and proactively follow up with individuals to obtain required credentials.Establish a repeatable, easy-to-maintain structure that the internal team can continue to use after project completion.Collaborate with internal EHS and contractor management teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.QualificationsExperience working in highly regulated environments (pharmaceutical, chemical, biotech, industrial manufacturing, etc.).Strong knowledge of OSHA and general industrial safety requirements.Proven ability to build organizational or tracking systems using Excel or similar tools.Excellent communication skills for outreach and follow‑up with contractors and consultants.Highly detail‑oriented and able to manage large amounts of documentation with accuracy.Experience in EHS, compliance, or documentation control preferred.Why This Project Matters

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
