S4 HANA STP Project Manager

Make It Matter.** In this role you will make an impact on our business by creating value and supporting the SAP S4 Hanna upgrade for North America. The S4 Hana software upgrade is a critical upgrade to the current SAP environment and will drive improved ways of working and efficiencies to the Procurement community. You will have the responsibility for working with the Global Procurement STP team to ensure a smooth rollout of the S4 Hana platform. **How you will contribute** You will support the interactions between procurement and/or spend areas, business unit stakeholders and specific project teams. You will work closely with the S4 global and regional teams to drive improved data accuracy and data governance across Procurement owned data. This person will support Global & Regional leaders to build plan and manage Regional Business Team deliverables. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with experience and knowledge in: + Proven track record of experience in procurement and procurement processes. + Communication and interpersonal skills, acting pro-activity and with the ability to manage stakeholders. + Problem solving skills to ensure timely resolution of challenges. + First-class customer service orientation. + Learning and adapting quickly, working under pressure, managing multiple priorities, and dealing well with ambiguity. **Job specific requirements:** + 5+ years of experience – Preferably in Indirect Procurement and External Manufacturing + Extensive experience in SAP systems and procurement tools. **Education / Certifications:** + Bachelor's degree required. **Travel requirements:** + Travel is 10% or less. The base salary range for this position is $106,300.00-$146,200.00; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
