Excellent English communication skills Well-structured and highly efficient working attitude Assertiveness IT affinity Team-oriented Willingness to take challenge 您的任职资格 Take lead of S4 Workstream 7 Shopfloor & Material-flow related. Planning, organizing, setting-up, coordinating and executing all logistics related project management-related tasks from business perspective for roll-out plants/Schaeffler locations. Basic understanding of MES, coordination of the planning/activities between logistics and MES implementation. Tracking all S4 worksteam7 related project work-package/activities be implemented according to project schedule to ensure qualified Q,C,D as output. Take responsibility of budget planning S4 Workstream7 and get approval by Central program management/Division/Region management.   Logistics Project-level reporting and controlling (scope, cost, timeline/milestones) as well as monitoring of project status. Monitors tasks of the business with regards to quality, timeline and budget. Implements program/project standards and methods together with Project Lead IT. Identifies delays and mitigation actions as well as change requests and communicates to the regional program management and project steering committee. Provisioning of internal business department resources. Reports and escalates to the program management and steering committee (status, issues, risk, scope management). Controls and monitors the sub-projects. Conducts project risk, issue, change and decision management as well as change request process. Responsible for the change management within business departments (info sessions, training etc.). Developing and executing project communication plan.
