Job Posting: S&OP and Inventory Manager Lead

We’re hiring a S&OP and Inventory Manager Lead to join a collaborative team within Store Development, focused on driving supply chain execution and inventory strategy across multiple time horizons.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage short (0–13 weeks), mid (3 months–2 years), and long-term (2+ years) supply and demand plansLead performance management to maintain healthy channel inventory levelsProactively manage inventory availability risks and guide prioritization and allocation decisionsProvide direction on lifecycle and channel inventory policies across geographiesFacilitate cross-functional forums and communications to drive executionSupport launch readiness and execution for Uplift SKUsRequired Skills & Experience:5–7 years in supply chain planning, forecasting, finance, or inventory/product/portfolio managementStrong communication and storytelling skills for decision-makingProven ability to lead cross-functional meetings and manage competing prioritiesExperience with process development, change management, and strategic executionProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and TableauPreferred Qualifications:S&OP experienceStrong analytical skills and ability to connect strategic and tactical insightsExperience managing complex customer relationships and driving consensusWhy Join?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
