Job Posting: S&OP and Inventory Manager Lead
We’re hiring a S&OP and Inventory Manager Lead to join a collaborative team within Store Development, focused on driving supply chain execution and inventory strategy across multiple time horizons.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and manage short (0–13 weeks), mid (3 months–2 years), and long-term (2+ years) supply and demand plans
+ Lead performance management to maintain healthy channel inventory levels
+ Proactively manage inventory availability risks and guide prioritization and allocation decisions
+ Provide direction on lifecycle and channel inventory policies across geographies
+ Facilitate cross-functional forums and communications to drive execution
+ Support launch readiness and execution for Uplift SKUs
Required Skills & Experience:
+ 5–7 years in supply chain planning, forecasting, finance, or inventory/product/portfolio management
+ Strong communication and storytelling skills for decision-making
+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional meetings and manage competing priorities
+ Experience with process development, change management, and strategic execution
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and Tableau
Preferred Qualifications:
+ S&OP experience
+ Strong analytical skills and ability to connect strategic and tactical insights
+ Experience managing complex customer relationships and driving consensus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
