Mondelez International is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on and accountable individual to join our team as Project S4H AMEA Order to Cash MDS Lead.
The role requires excellent collaboration, both functional and cross-functional, with global, regional and country stakeholders to drive alignment and deep understanding of key system requirements and associated changes. The role must influence and guide stakeholders, leveraging materials that support understanding and long-term sustainability. The successful candidate must be able to listen and learn, resolve problems and conflict and relies on detailed process and systems understanding.
This pivotal role will be responsible for the successful delivery of the SAP 4 HANA Order to Cash functionalities in AMEA, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and the S4H Global design in this area. You will act as a bridge between technology and business teams, ensuring system readiness and on-time execution across the full program scope. This position will be crucial in overseeing the project throughout its duration, planned until mid-2028, ensuring seamless coordination between global, regional and local teams.

**How you will contribute**
You will:
· Report to the S4H Order to Cash MDS Global Lead.
· Act as the S4H AMEA regional owner for Order to Cash, in collaboration with the business leads and implementation partners in the frame of the S4H OTC Global Design.
· Lead the regional implementation and associated deliverables.
· Hands-on act as the regional technical owner for Order to Cash process on the different phases of the project (fit & gap, design, build, testing, cutover, hypercare, etc.), engaging directly with the business teams.
· Work in close collaboration with the key stakeholders: S4H Global OTB and BTC MDS and Business Leads, S4H AMEA Regional OTC Business Leads/SMEs, S4H AMEA OTC Accenture Leads/SMEs, Global and Regional MDS Workstream, Leads Global and Regional OTC PMO, OTC Data Governance Lead, among others.
· Support and participate actively in fit & gap design workshops, support key decisions, in alignment with Business and Accenture teams.
· Support identification of impacts on regional Non-SAP systems. Manage the supplier contracting, with full accountability for E2E testing and successful go-live of the entire ecosystem.
· Review and sign-off the high-level design (HLD), functional technical specification (FTSs), and functional unit testing (FUT), securing achievement of business requirements
· Support system testing through risk analysis for localized design.
· Fully accountable and responsible for Cutover planning and execution, Integration Testing, UAT, and Hypercare with required support from the S4H Global OTC MDS and Business Leads.
