Scope of Responsibilities: Works under minimal supervision within Professional Service Dept. to ensure timely reports and data to stores, outside agencies and vendors. Prepares reports and maintains various files and information for the department.

 

Job Summary: Assists and supports the Professional Services department to ensure compliance with the DSCSA, DEA, CSOS enrollment, SOM threshold review and training.

 

This is an on-site role and not a remote position.

 

Responsibilities

 

Job Duties:

Responsible for the preparation and submission of paperwork for all CSOS enrollment and training for electronic C-II orderingResponsible for running appropriate reports for the monitoring of control thresholds in order to make adjustments for the KPH warehouse SOM program as well as communicating to all appropriate sources at the wholesaler and KPH operations any CSMP-threshold order issuesResponsible for managing the Track and Trace program inclusive of setting up suppliers and managing data in the Tracelink systemResponsible for HCS setup and data submission Responsible for updating all product additions and changes for the Kinney Care Program including interacting with Relay Health Prepares report as needed for regulatory compliance, market share and rebate programs as needed.Interfaces with Third Party Dept on issues related to drug payment on claimsMonitors compliance and registrations for various purchasing programs including but not limited to ANDA and IPLEDGE.Assists department in tracking credits and rebates due from all purchasing sources, interacts with AP as needed.Responsible for maintaining Store State Price Chart FilesResponsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programsUnderstands the duties of co-workers to assist in backing upPerform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

Experience Preferred:

Previous experience in store pharmacy operations, Third Party operations, and/or Administrative Assistant dutiesEducational Requirements:Minimum: : AS Degree or Higher in Business Administration, or related fieldPreferred: BS Degree or Higher in Business Administration, or related field

Compensation:

$21.00 -$22.50 per hour
