Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report operations including General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Intercompany transactions, and Consolidation.Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards and support internal and external audits (SOX exposure preferred).Execute process improvements, automation initiatives, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.Maintain accurate financial reporting and assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

CA- inter/ CMA Inter preferred.3-5 years of RTR experience in multinational companies (MNCs) or shared services.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
