RTR Senior Finance Analyst

What the day will look like In this role, you will support UK stakeholders by ensuring accurate recording and reporting of payroll-related transactions while partnering closely with Country Controllers and Team Managers. Your day may include: Preparing and posting payroll-related data Performing month-end closing activities Preparing account reconciliations and payroll/expenses analyses Performing monthly controls and cooperating with auditors Collaborating with FP&A and Statutory teams Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual group reporting Handling ad hoc requests outside the standard reporting framework Working closely with Payroll team colleagues and providing support within your area of responsibility Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and statutory regulations How this opportunity is different You’ll be joining a collaborative, energetic, and knowledgeable team that thrives on partnership. Skills and experience that will lead to success Background in accounting or finance (Bachelor’s/Master’s); an accounting qualification is an asset Experience in payroll or HR payroll processes is a strong advantage Solid Excel and MS Office skills Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Good command of English Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tasks, and maintain accuracy Experience with US GAAP or IFRS is a plus How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
