职位目的:根据公司渠道战略,制定高效的销售人员服务模式,持续拓展渠道覆盖数量、质量,驱动新店生意增长。
工作内容:
制定销售人员服务模式,总体策略和执行计划制定参与RTM城市覆盖,渠道布局及服务标准相关策略及执行制定销售人员拜访标准,驱动可控覆盖门店数量增长,持续推动新店拓展策略实施设定一线销售人员效率管理指标,提升人员产出质量,并搭建管理体系开发及衡量销售覆盖成本(cost to serve)体系,提高销售人员产出深度分析并制定可控渠道的E2E服务价值链,保证渠道利润分配的合理性销售RTM战略计划及年度计划周期数字、分销/覆盖等销售目标的设定及跟进识别、分享和试点新的RTM功能/模型/最佳实践职位要求:
1) 八年以上快消品销售计划工作经验
2) 具有丰富的销售管理经验或经销商管理经验
3) 具备SOP设计和项目规划经验
4)拥有优秀的数据挖掘,分析,表现能力
5) 能够管理多个不同利益相关者
6) 学士学位及以上
7) 出色的英文沟通能力
8)精通PPT and excel或初步的数字化搭建能力
