Job Overview:
The Summer 2026 LEAP Intern – RTD Alcohol Marketing role provides an opportunity to support a fast-growing Ready-to-Drink (RTD) alcohol portfolio during a pivotal year of innovation and national brand execution. The intern will support 360° marketing initiatives across brand, innovation, experiential marketing, and commercialization, gaining exposure to end-to-end brand management within a highly dynamic, regulated category.

Program Dates: May 4 – December 11, 2026Location: Mississauga, ONHybrid; 3 days in officeMonday–FridayAs an RTD Marketing Intern, you will:
Support the national relaunch of Snapple Spiked across PR, social, digital, and experiential channelsAssist with agency coordination, asset development, approvals, and content traffickingSupport innovation launches through packaging development and research coordinationHelp prepare sell-in stories and presentations for liquor board pitch cyclesDevelop visual assets such as packaging renders and executional mockupsPartner cross-functionally to support omni-channel marketing strategiesSupport Clamato RTD execution and future innovation planningElements of the LEAP Internship Program include:
Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environmentReceive mentor support for your professional developmentParticipate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leadersReceive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presentingComplete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the businessRequirements:
