Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a RPA Developer to join their team. As a RPA Developer, you will be part of the automation team supporting various business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** RPA Developer
**Location:** Waukesha, Wisconsin
**Pay Range: Negotiable**
**What's the Job?**
+ Develop process and testing automations, tests, and deploy BOTs utilizing UI Path Automation tool to replace manual business processes.
+ Apply RPA workflow design best practices when developing or maintaining workflows.
+ Review code developed by other RPA Developers to ensure compliance with internal controls, security, and audit requirements.
+ Create and document test cases for negative scenarios and performance scenarios.
+ Provide maintenance to production BOTs by investigating reported errors and proposing resolutions.
**What's Needed?**
+ Associates degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
+ 2 years of RPA experience or related experience.
+ Previous experience with RPA bot development with UiPath or similar tools.
+ Experience in Business Analysis, Robotic Process Automation, or in a related area.
+ Strong object-oriented design skills.
