Routing Coordinator
Work Environment

Monday through Friday

8am to 5pm (Hybrid- will work from home two days a week)

Qualifications:1+ year of recent experience in Dispatch, Supply Chain, Distribution, Transportation, Logistics, or Customer Service.1+ year of experience using MS Office products.High School Diploma or GED.Strong analytical, PC, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.ResponsibilitiesMaintain computerized routing environments by updating delivery time windows, pick-ups, redeliveries, geocodes, and all relevant data.Utilize a computer routing system to assist in routing orders, pick-ups, and redeliveries, analyzing outcomes to develop cost-efficient and customer service-oriented routing scenarios daily.Make sound financial decisions on orders not delivered by the private fleet while keeping customer service in mind.Maintain open lines of communication with customer service and warehouse staff.Responsible for regional budget and forecast commitments.Maintain daily and weekly warehouse driver schedules.Develop and submit weekly analytical progress reports.Cover teammate duties as assigned.Additional Skills & QualificationsTraffic or routing experience.Third-party logistics experience.Private fleet transportation background.College degree.Experience with JD Edwards.Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn and grow.Ability to work in a team environment and have independent self-direction.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
