**Job Summary** The **Routing & Logistics Expert** researches, develops and implements routing and logistics plans to enhance productivity, safety, and decreased costs. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Designs and re-designs routing and logistics solutions through the collection, verification, and analysis of current data relating to existing routes, vehicles, disposal facilities, and productivity. + Assists in the development of policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control. Creates and implements plans to optimize routes and other transportation operations. + Communicates route changes to key personnel and provides necessary training and transitioning tools. + Monitors activity during implementation of new, optimized routes. + Monitors and analyzes productivity results. **Qualifications** **A. Required Qualifications** + Associate's Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar area of study + High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and two (2) years of relevant work experience + No experience No prior work experience (in addition to education requirement) **B. Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience working in a logistics/transportation environment + Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional partners + Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a servant leader mindset focused on supporting teams, removing barriers, and driving shared outcomes + Proven problem-solving skills This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc. This is a hybrid role Monday - Thursday in office and Fridays are flexible to work from home. The expected base pay range for this hybrid position is $85,000- $105,000 This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for bonus.
