**Job Title: Roustabout** Job Description We are seeking a skilled technician with a strong background in field operations, particularly those with roustabout experience. This role requires adaptability to travel and work in outdoor environments. Responsibilities + Perform roustabout job duties in various field locations. + Utilize hand and power tools effectively in construction and maintenance tasks. + Engage in field service activities, including operating telehandlers and other construction services. + Work 12-hour shifts in outdoor conditions, adhering to a 6 on, 3 off schedule. + Travel as required to different project sites, with a per diem available. Essential Skills + Minimum of 6 months experience working outdoors. + Telehandler experience. + At least 1 year of experience with hand and power tools. + Willingness to travel for projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in construction, water, pump, oil and gas industries. + Proficiency with field service equipment. + Comfortable working at heights up to 30 ft in a man lift. Work Environment This position involves working outdoors in all weather conditions, including heights up to 30 ft. Shifts are 12 hours long, operating on a swing shift schedule. Steel-toed boots are required. The main location is currently a warehouse in Washington, PA, with travel to Waynesburg, PA, eligible for a $40 per diem. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
