Job Title: Machine Operator

We’re looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to join our manufacturing team as Machine Operators. If you enjoy working with machinery, interpreting blueprints, and being part of a collaborative team, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and build a long-term career. As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating key equipment and transforming raw materials into precision-crafted molds. You’ll work from simple blueprints and contribute directly to our production goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperate table saws, routers, and rotomold machinesInterpret and follow basic blueprints to reshape designs into moldsUse a tape measure accurately and consistentlyLift and move materials up to 50 pounds throughout the shiftCollaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environmentQualificationsExperience in production, general labor, or machine operationFamiliarity with plastic manufacturing is a plusAbility to read blueprints and follow instructionsStrong attention to detail and teamwork skillsWhy Join Us

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
