In this role, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining McKinley and Martin Flexo Folder Gluer machines to produce high-quality corrugated packaging. This position plays a key role in maintaining production quality, efficiency, and safety on the floor.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor the Rotary Die Cut machine to produce quality corrugated packaging products.Set up and make adjustments to ensure accurate cutting, printing, and slotting according to job specifications.Perform quality checks, including measurements, color registration, and box integrity, to meet or exceed standards.Troubleshoot machine issues, perform basic maintenance, and communicate with maintenance personnel as needed.Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and minimize downtime.Follow all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and maintain a clean and organized work area.Complete production documentation accurately and timely.Assist with training new team members as needed.Job QualificationsMinimum of 1 to 3 years of experience operating Rotary Die Cut Machine for corrugated box manufacturing.Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety practices.Familiarity with print registration, die-cutting, and box styles is highly desirable.Ability to read production work orders, safety instructions, and machine manuals.Proficient in basic math and measurementsMust speak and read fluid EnglishThe Reserves Network, a veteran-founded and family-owned company, specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities.
