Job Summary: This is a great family to work for, they are a relaxed, easy-going and young family who treat their staff very well. Eden have worked with this family previously and the feedback is extremely positive. With a Third child on the way the family are now looking to move towards rota nannies They have a maternity nanny booked when the baby arrives. The oldest boy attends nursery every day from 9am-1pm. The family live in Italy and travel in summer to their gorgeous home in the French countryside and will also plan to travel to London from March to June this year. The role is a mix of sole and shared care. (working with the parents to give all the children the best care) The ideal nanny will have an abundance of energy (two boys) and will love working in a busy home, a team person who has an educational approach to childcare. The family is looking for someone discreet who can stay with them for the long-term, someone who has a muck in approach – this is very much a team environment, they employ other staff.
Extra information: The accommodation is provided on your time off too., some flexibility will be required with the rota pattern when travelling.

Care of all the children – Someone who is happy to work with parents who are very much involved teamwork and flexibility are essential. Travelling with the family Organizing play dates, planning activities and fun things to do with a focus on education, especially for the older one. Both children are in good routines and would want the nanny to follow All normal nursery duties, cooking for the children, keeping play areas, rooms tidy and organized and responsible for the children’s laundry, sterilizing bottles Packing/unpacking for travel Being on call overnight in the rare instance children need soothing to sleep
Candidate specification:
It is essential you have experience working with multiple children and are confident in all the developmental milestones with babies and toddlers Fun, energetic and engaging for children but discrete when needed and respectful of family privacy Strong preference for rota experience, however the family will consider a nanny who has worked as a live-in nanny and travelled with the family The family are looking for a nanny who is warm, caring and enjoys working with this age group. A calm and discreet personality who is professional and flexible Fluent French or Spanish languages are required . Italian a plus. Childcare qualifications are essential, the family are looking for a nanny who has a focus on education, engages and who can connect meaningfully with the children. Although shared care, you must be confident taking care of the children on your own Someone who is energetic, the homes have many stairs, and has a love for the outdoors This family are lovely to work for they employ several staff, and everyone gets one and pitches in where needed, the family are looking for a nanny who can get on with other staff and has a muck in approach Only candidates who can demonstrate longevity in previous roles will be considered with excellent references EU passport is a must to work in Europe Dbs or police check and current paediatric first aid requiredDBS and first aid check required at offer stage
