Job Summary: A private family with an international lifestyle based in Miami are seeking a dedicated experienced rota nanny to care for their children, The primary focus will be for the twin boys ( and their older sister who is around at the weekends. ) The children are described as heathy happy children. Extra information: The family can provide accommodation on your time off; they are also open to candidates who are not local and will cover reasonable costs back and forth when on rotation
Job specification:
Sole charge care of the children, able to work independently Driving the children Planning age-appropriate activities that will have a focus on their education and development – Developing the children’s fine motor skills and speech, encouraging emotional wellbeing Travelling with the family – domestic and internationally Keeping the children’s play area tidy- encouraging the children to pick up after themselves Some simple food prep for the children, the family employ a chef
Candidate specification:
The family lead a very healthy lifestyle and would require a nanny who follows a healthy lifestyle The family are looking for a career nanny, who genuinely loves children. A childcare degree or childcare qualification, the family are looking for a nanny who has invested in Montessori or Waldorf methods of teaching, they want a nanny who can lead in the direction of teaching the children Native English skills written and verbal are a must , respectful communication is encouraged Confident driver with clean licence Must have the right to work in the USA, USA citizen or green card holders will only be considered The family have a strong preference for a nanny who has help a rota position previously – however will consider candidates that have worked for HNW families in fully staffed homes on a live in basis that have travelled with them Recent experience with similar ages is required – Proven experience with toddlers and multiples. ideally twins and can demonstrate long term positions A nanny who is kind and loving but who is firm but fair – can take the lead, someone who is Professional and discrete
DBS /background check required at offer stage in addition to excellent references and Paediatric first aid
