About our property:

Originally opened in 1949, the Beachcomber's name captures the essence of the property. It's all about the beach. Put your toes in the sand and soak in the sun on 200 feet of private beachfront. As was the norm in the early iterations of Florida hotels, Beachcomber's rooms all open up to a lush courtyard featuring tropical gardens, pools and endless spots to relax in the shade. No matter where you are, at the Beachcomber, you're always just steps from the beach and within earshot of live music emanating from our legendary beach bar, Jimmy B's!  

What you will have an opportunity to do:

We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team!

What You’ll DoClean and service guest rooms daily, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and surfacesReplenish linens, towels, and guest amenitiesFollow housekeeping procedures, safety standards, and cleaning checklistsReport maintenance issues, safety concerns, or lost-and-found items promptlyMaintain assigned carts, equipment, and storage areasWork efficiently while paying close attention to detailProvide friendly, professional interactions with guests and team members

What are we looking for?

Qualifications:Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred, but not requiredTime management skillsAbility to work on feet for an extended periodAbility to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.Ability to move, traverse, position self to reach corners on floors and high places; observe conditions, detect odors, position and navigate carts weighing up to 100 lbs in tight spaces; operate equipment including spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads and dusters.Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays​
