We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our metal roofing team. The ideal candidate should possess over 5 years of experience in metal roofing. The successful candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and able to lead a team of 3-4 members.
ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively in a team of 3-4 technicians to install and repair metal roofing systems.Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings.Assist with other tasks as needed.Lead and coordinate with team members.Follow and enforce strict safety protocols.Assist with roofing tasks with minimal supervision from the Superintendent.Comply with all safety regulations and site protocols.Coordinate with the Superintendent and other team members as needed.Maintain accurate job number records for invoicing.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in metal roofing.Expertise in sheet metal, metal panels, and roofing.Ability to follow strict safety protocols.Punctuality and reliability.Experience in roofing fabrication and installation.Specialized knowledge in edge metal and coping metal.Proficiency in single-ply roofing systems.Experience with standing seam and architectural metal systems.Knowledge of architectural cladding, wall panels, ACM (Aluminum Composite Material), and Insulated Metal Panels (IMP).Additional Skills & QualificationsWillingness to lead others and oversee projects.Ability to carry and use tools correctly.Capability to lift heavy objects and materials.Willingness to work in all weather conditions and at heights.Eagerness to learn on the job.Why Work Here?Join one of the largest roofing companies in the country with a vast backlog of work and plenty of overtime opportunities. Work EnvironmentThe work environment involves new construction projects focused on flat roofs only. Be prepared to work in all weather conditions with a team size of 4 on each project. The shifts run from 6am to 6pm, with the possibility of finishing as early as 3pm.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
