**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Rolling Mill Operators** for projects located in or around **Sandy, OR** . This is a first shift opportunity and **the pay range is $30-$35/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Mill Operator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Operating steel rolling machines + Form 1inch thick steel sheets into a circular shape creating pipes & tanks + Welding tasks using dual shield, MIG, TIG, and Flux core welding processes + Maintain the rolling mill equipment and welding tools to ensure smooth and efficient operation + Monitor material quality and thickness to meet required specifications + Conduct routine inspections and perform minor maintenance on the rolling mill machine and welding equipment **Requirements:** + 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Rolling Mill Operator or in a similar manufacturing or metal fabrication role + Must be proficient in welding using dual shield, MIG, TIG, and Flux core welding + Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with manual rolling mill machines (non-CNC) + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings + Ability to lift and maneuver steel sheets and materials safely **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
