💼 About the Role

We are hiring a Roll-Off Swing Driver who will primarily operate Roll-Off trucks, with the flexibility to support other truck types when needed.

Your Primary Focus (Roll-Off)

You will:
✔ Haul, deliver, and dump large open-top and compactor containers
✔ Secure and tarp containers safely
✔ Navigate commercial, industrial, residential, and construction sites
✔ Follow route sheets, dispatch instructions, and customer requirements

Additional Equipment Coverage (As Needed)

Experience in these areas is a PLUS:

Front LoadSide Load (automated or manual)Rear Load🔧 What You’ll Do Day-to-DaySafely operate CDL vehicles across multiple lines of businessComplete pre‑ and post‑trip inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment)Maintain a strong safety mindset on every routeCommunicate clearly and professionally with customersAdapt to different routes, customers, and equipment typesSupport the team with other duties as needed🧰 What We’re Looking For
