**Job Title: Roll Clamp Truck Operator**
**Job Description**
Join a groundbreaking and state-of-the-art greenfield facility as a Clamp Truck/Forklift Operator. This exciting opportunity involves working in a fast-paced production environment at a leading manufacturer of corrugated packaging. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of rolls to the corrugator for consumption, while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**
+ Move rolls from trucks and warehouses to the corrugator for consumption.
+ Recognize, correct, or report safety, quality, or production issues.
+ Follow instructions to meet shipment deadlines and guidelines.
+ Adhere to all safety procedures and intervene in unsafe practices.
+ Ensure loads are accurate and damage-free.
+ Offload incoming loads in a timely manner and place them in correct locations.
+ Maintain contact with operators, superintendents, shipping department, and customer service.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 2 years of Roll Clamp Truck Forklift experience.
+ Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays if needed.
+ Accurately read a measuring tape and ruler, and use basic shop math.
+ Ability to learn and follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as part of a team.
+ High attention to detail and dexterity in equipment control and material handling.
+ Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs throughout the day.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Proven attendance record.
+ Drive for results and strong work ethic.
+ Team-first mindset with the ability to work independently.
+ Experience in the corrugated or converting industry is preferred.

**Work Environment**
Work in a 550,000 square foot facility with cutting-edge technology and 26 dock doors. Though not climate-controlled, the facility is well-ventilated, with warmer temperatures expected during summer months. Safety gear, including steel toes, vests, glasses, ear protection, and temporary hard hats, is required. The facility includes Converting and Corrugating Departments, currently operating on the 1st shift, with plans to add 2nd and 3rd shifts later this year.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
