**Job Title: Roll Clamp Truck Operator** **Job Description** Join a groundbreaking and state-of-the-art greenfield facility as a Clamp Truck/Forklift Operator. This exciting opportunity involves working in a fast-paced production environment at a leading manufacturer of corrugated packaging. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of rolls to the corrugator for consumption, while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** + Move rolls from trucks and warehouses to the corrugator for consumption. + Recognize, correct, or report safety, quality, or production issues. + Follow instructions to meet shipment deadlines and guidelines. + Adhere to all safety procedures and intervene in unsafe practices. + Ensure loads are accurate and damage-free. + Offload incoming loads in a timely manner and place them in correct locations. + Maintain contact with operators, superintendents, shipping department, and customer service. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of Roll Clamp Truck Forklift experience. + Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays if needed. + Accurately read a measuring tape and ruler, and use basic shop math. + Ability to learn and follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as part of a team. + High attention to detail and dexterity in equipment control and material handling. + Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs throughout the day. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proven attendance record. + Drive for results and strong work ethic. + Team-first mindset with the ability to work independently. + Experience in the corrugated or converting industry is preferred. **Why Work Here?** Experience a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility with plans to double its size over the next decade.
