Job Title: Robotics TechnicianJob Description

The Robotics Technician is responsible for programming, installing, testing, and maintaining robotic systems and components. This role involves assisting in the commissioning and deployment of new robotic installations, conducting field trials to ensure proper operation, and preparing reports or records documenting actions or findings. The technician will investigate and troubleshoot defects or bugs, complete repairs, and provide preventive maintenance.

ResponsibilitiesProgram, install, test, and maintain robots or robotic components.Assist in the commissioning and deployment of new robotic installations.Conduct field trials to ensure appropriate operation.Prepare reports or records documenting actions or findings.Investigate and troubleshoot defects or bugs in robotic systems.Complete repairs and provide preventive maintenance.Essential Skills2-4 years of experience in robotics programming, installation, testing, etc. in a manufacturing setting.Strong proficiency and experience with Fanuc Robots and PLCs.Experience in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociate’s degree in Robotics Engineering or a related technical field (minimum requirement).Experience with electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and automation.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The position operates on the 1st shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The technician must be available to be on-call and return to the plant as needed to resolve robotics issues occurring during off-shifts.

This is a Permanent position based out of Rockwall, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
