Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Join a dynamic team and take responsibility for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, facilities, and electrical systems in a bustling stamping and welded assembly plant. This role involves dismantling defective machines, installing new or repaired parts, and repairing automated machinery including Fanuc robots.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and electrical systems.Dismantle defective machines and install new or repaired parts.Install and repair electrical apparatus up to 400 vac and 800 amps, including transformers, wiring, and electronic components.Repair automated machinery and equipment, particularly Fanuc robots.Essential Skills
Experience with Fanuc Robot TroubleshootingAbility to touch up robot points and move spot weldsUnderstanding of IO (inputs/outputs)Experience in robotic spot weldingStrong knowledge of robotics, Fanuc, and robotic weldProficiency in troubleshooting, electrical work, and maintenanceSkills in automation, PLC troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, robot programming, and PLC programmingAdditional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with robotic systems, especially Fanuc (95%)Ability to home robotsJob Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lansing, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
