Collaborate closely with leadership teams to deliver precise and reliable automation solutions. **Responsibilities** + Build and maintain industrial robot work cells and components. + Manage spare parts and tool inventory. + Participate in surge assembly projects. + Attend project meetings and provide status updates. + Troubleshoot electrical systems and support prototype testing. + Read and interpret electrical schematics for sensor integration. + Ensure worksite cleanliness and tool crib readiness. + Drive process improvements and workflow optimization. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in robotics and automation troubleshooting. + Experience with electrical systems, wiring, and mechanical components. + Skill in PLC programming and preventive maintenance. + Ability to handle high voltage systems and CNC machines. + Competency in reading blueprints and diagrams. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum of 3 years experience in a factory or warehouse environment. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Experience with PLC wiring and troubleshooting. + 5+ years of precision fabrication and assembly experience. + 2+ years of experience reading electrical and mechanical schematics. + 4+ years of experience working with industrial-grade electrical wiring. + Familiarity with 480V 3-phase powered equipment. + Preferred electrical certifications (low or high power). + Self-motivated with strong initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision. + Legal authorization to work in the U.S. **Why Work Here?** Immerse yourself in cutting-edge robotics technology and collaborate with a diverse, international team of experts.
