**Job Title: Robotics Technician** **Pay: $20-25/hour** **Shift: 1st Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Robotics Technician to join our team as a Set-up/Repair Technician. This position involves working with robotic weld cells and requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate power tools and machine shop equipment. **Responsibilities** + Safely utilize lifting equipment for changing weld fixtures in robotic weld cells, adhering strictly to lockout/tagout safety regulations. + Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately. + Set up the first part and qualify it to engineering specifications. + Inspect, replace, order, or fabricate worn-out tooling fixture components. + Organize and maintain accurate inventory locations for all robotic weld fixture storage. + Interact effectively with Design and Manufacturing Engineering for weld fixture updates and design improvements. + Document changes, repairs, and qualify fixtures to ensure conformance to all design engineering specifications. + Replace and adjust tooling fixtures and components using hand tools and precision measuring instruments. + Observe production weld fixtures in operation to detect malfunctions, adjustments, alignment, and replacement of worn-out components. + Disassemble, clean, and ensure all components are operating correctly. + Maintain inventory of tooling replaceable components and familiarity with robotic welding robotics. + Repair, test, and maintain machine fixtures in the production area, possibly assisting engineers in testing and maintaining machining fixture equipment. **Essential Skills** + Strong mechanical skills and ability to safely operate power tools and machine shop equipment. + Industrial Maintenance knowledge including power tools, drill press, robotics, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and welding cell maintenance. + Experience in industrial oven maintenance and robotic welder operation. + Familiarity with robotic welding robotics. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
