As a Robotics Engineer, you will be responsible for service and integration of automated machinery and equipment in the field. This role involves working with cutting-edge robotics technology and contributing to innovative solutions.
ResponsibilitiesConduct field service and integration of automated machinery and equipment.Program and troubleshoot robotics systems including PLC, Fanuc, and Motoman.Collaborate with customers, primarily tier 1 automotive suppliers, to provide solutions for clipping, sonic welding, and screwdriving.Participate in projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful implementation.Provide innovative ideas and contribute to the development of robotic taping applications.Essential SkillsExpertise in robotics programming and troubleshooting.Proficiency in PLC programming and automation.Experience with Fanuc and Motoman robotics systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of wiring and sensors integration.Work EnvironmentThe role involves working in a shop environment with a requirement to travel 20% of the time for fieldwork, typically spanning 3-5 days. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
