Robotics Analyst
**Requisition Details** **Job Title:** Robotics Analyst **Pay Rate:** $35/hr on W2 **Location:** Hybrid – Frisco, TX or Charlotte, NC **Duration:** 24 months (with possibility of FTE conversion) **Summary** The Robotics Analyst will document business requirements for **Robotic Process Automation (RPA)** and **Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA)** projects, ensuring system specifications meet requirements and thorough testing is conducted before implementation. Under general supervision, the role involves contributing to the development and testing of robotic solutions while supporting administration of artificial intelligence workforce systems. **Key Responsibilities and Duties** + Document detailed and accurate business requirements based on project objectives and research, which may include data analysis, process, or development-oriented efforts. + Assist in defining and documenting technical and system requirements aligned with business needs. + Support implementation and operational activities, including systems integration testing and communication planning. + Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality control testing for new or modified systems. + Collaborate with stakeholders and business integration teams to create organized requirements, specifications, and reporting solutions. + Partner with database development teams to update attributes and implement end-to-end data solutions. + Manage and multitask across projects, responsibilities, and workflows. + Design, manage, and implement new workflow procedures and business improvement plans. + Apply strong critical problem-solving skills to resolve technical and process challenges. + Provide effective communication and training to stakeholders. + Develop written self-help documentation for users. + Serve as a liaison between business and IT, applying technical skills to bridge requirements. + Create audit-ready reports based on workflow and system activities.
