What will you be doing?

Operate and monitor robotic welding systems to perform MIG, TIG, spot welding, or other automated welding processes.  Program, adjust, and fine‑tune robotic weld parameters, including arm pathing, speed, and sensor calibration to meet production requirements.  Set up equipment, jigs, fixtures, and materials required for assigned welding operations.  Inspect welds for quality and adherence to specifications, making necessary adjustments to maintain consistency and reduce defects.  Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on robotic welding equipment, including troubleshooting issues such as misalignment, poor weld penetration, or equipment malfunctions.

What do you bring?

Positive, can-do attitude Foundational welding knowledge, typically including MIG/GMAW, TIG/GTAW, or spot welding processes.  Experience with robotic systems such as FANUC, ABB, Yaskawa, or similar industrial robot brands.  Ability to read engineering blueprints, schematics, and work orders.  Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of automated systems.
