Job Title: Robotic Welder Operator

Location: Eagan, MN

Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Straight 8-hour shift with paid breaks and lunch)

Overview:

Join a dynamic team manufacturing ergonomic ladders that improve fleet vehicle safety. As a Robotic Welder Operator, you’ll perform robotic and MIG welding on aluminum components, focusing on precision and quality in a modern, state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities:

Operate robotic welding machinery for aluminum componentsPerform MIG welding on aluminum up to 1/4\" thickExecute T-joint and Butt-welds with accuracyRead and interpret blueprints for precise welding tasksMaintain quality and safety standards throughout operations

Qualifications:

Proficiency in MIG welding, especially aluminumAbility to read and interpret blueprintsExperience with robotic welding equipment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
