**Job Title: Robotic Weld Technician** **Job Description** As a Robotic Weld Technician, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting robotic arc welding and spot welding work cells. You will perform essential preventative maintenance tasks, replace welding and robotic hardware, troubleshoot weld processes, and repair fixtures as necessary. You will also check the quality of products periodically and maintain accurate reports. **Responsibilities** + Set up, operate, and troubleshoot robotic arc welding and spot welding work cells. + Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as changing gas and wires. + Replace welders and robotic hardware when necessary. + Troubleshoot welding processes and repair fixtures as needed. + Periodically check product quality and maintain accurate reports. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of experience in arc or spot welding. + At least 1 year of experience operating industrial robots. + At least 1 year of experience working with low voltage (120v) and ability to utilize volt meter. + Computer literacy and data entry knowledge. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1 year of PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus. + 1 year of previous experience operating robotic weld machines is a plus. + 1 year of experience with CNC and/or manual machinery is a plus. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $45760.00/yr. - 401k with company match - Medical, Dental, Vision insurance - Raise/growth opportunities **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Springfield,OH. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Jun 11, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
