Robotic Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $35.50/hr

Day Shift: Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday - 4 10 hour shifts Night Shift: Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday - 4 10 hour shifts

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain material handling equipment, conveyor systems, and pneumatic systemsInstall, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipmentDiagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues involving motors, belts, photo‑eyes, relays, sensors, and controlsPerform preventive and predictive maintenance using a CMMS, with accurate documentationRespond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtimeConduct root cause analysis on recurring equipment issues and recommend long‑term solutionsPromote a safe working environment by strictly following all safety proceduresMentor and support junior technicians, helping develop the next generation of technical talentBuild strong working relationships across Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent1+ years of Microsoft Office experience2+ years of industrial maintenance experience required2+ years of hands‑on experience maintaining or repairing automated conveyor systems, material handling equipment, or similar mechanical/controls systems2+ years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance2+ years of experience reading blueprints and electrical schematicsProven commitment to safety standards and best practicesAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching throughout 12‑hour shiftsAbility to safely lift and move up to 49 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)Comfort working at heights, including climbing ladders and gangwaysWillingness to work any of the available shifts based on business needs

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
