Job Title: Robot WelderJob Description

As a Robot Welder, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the robotic welder, ensuring high productivity rates and adherence to quality requirements. Your role involves performing in-process quality inspections and collaborating with team members to enhance operational efficiency.

ResponsibilitiesLoad parts into appropriate fixturing and operate the robot welder while maintaining productivity rates and quality standards.Examine welded sections for defects and perform necessary rework on faulty welds.Reference prints and work instructions to determine appropriate materials, tools, resources, and procedures.Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure parts meet customer specifications using test fixtures, rulers, micrometers, and calipers.Perform minor machine adjustments and preventive maintenance.Analyze and resolve work problems or assist in solving them.Work safely by wearing proper PPE and following all safety procedures and policies.Comply with ISO 9001 standards and practices.Maintain a clean and efficient workspace.Assist in training other welders.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delano, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
