**Job Title: Robot Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled individual to operate and maintain robotic welding equipment. The role involves loading parts into the appropriate fixturing and running the robot welder while upholding established productivity rates and quality standards. The position requires performing in-process quality inspections using test fixtures, micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools. **Responsibilities** + Load parts into appropriate fixturing and operate the robot welder while maintaining productivity and quality standards. + Examine welded sections for defects and perform necessary rework. + Reference prints and work instructions to determine the necessary materials, tools, resources, and procedures. + Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure parts meet customer specifications using rulers, micrometers, calipers, etc. + Perform minor machine adjustments and preventative maintenance. + Analyze and resolve work problems or assist in solving work problems. + Work safely by wearing proper PPE and following all safety procedures and policies. + Comply with ISO 9001 standards and practices. + Maintain a clean and efficient workspace. + Assist in training other welders. **Essential Skills** + Robotic welding + Machine operating + Production + Troubleshooting + Robot operation + Inspection + Welding + Blueprint reading **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1-2 year welding certificate from a college or technical school, or 1-2 years of prior welding experience in a manufacturing environment + Strong math and computer skills + Ability to read blueprints + May be required to perform a manual weld test **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a supportive work environment with excellent benefits, including 17 days of PTO from the start, a 3% salary bonus around the holidays, a 6% 401k match, and quarterly bonus checks.
