**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description**
As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring quality control through in-process testing and inspection of products. You will operate equipment, conduct audits, and contribute to process improvements while adhering to defined specifications.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform in-process testing or inspection of products as per specifications.
+ Report and record findings or results of tests/inspections, and notify management of any non-conformances.
+ Operate CMM and take appropriate follow-up actions as required.
+ Conduct internal audits of processes and procedures, including manufacturing set-up and production.
+ Conduct daily scrap collection for the assigned shift, perform analysis, and recommend improvements.
+ Acquire general knowledge of the product being manufactured, including fit, form, and function.
+ Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions with complex machining, assembly, and testing issues.
+ Implement corrective and preventative actions as required.
+ Develop training plans and materials, conduct training, and maintain professional competency.
+ Perform technical duties or special assignments as assigned by management.
**Essential Skills**
+ General production and inspection skills.
+ Proficiency in using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
+ Experience with blueprint reading and interpretation.
+ Familiarity with quality inspection and control processes.
+ Knowledge of robotic welding and familiarity with Fanuc robots.
+ Experience in machine operating.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in a manufacturing or steel fabrication environment is preferred.
+ Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows software is preferred.
+ Familiarity with SWI/SOP processes.
+ Good understanding of shop math, including fraction to decimal conversions.
+ Good written and oral communication skills.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
