We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking RN Program Manager for Erie and Niagara County to design, launch, and oversee our new Home Infusion Therapy Service Line. This is a senior clinical leadership role for a nurse who combines hands-on infusion expertise with strong program-development skills. If you’re passionate about advancing infusion care in the home setting—and ready to build a best-in-class service line from the ground up—this role is for you.
Hours: Monday: Friday 8:30a-5:00pm
Location: Office and Community
Sign On Bonus: $10,000 for full-time work paid quarterly:
After 90 days: $2,500
After 6 months: $2,500
After 9 months: $2,500
After one (1) year: $2,500
What You’ll Do
Build & Launch the Infusion Program
Develop clinical models, workflows, and operational systems for all home infusion servicesCreate policies, protocols, and procedures aligned with NYS and national infusion standardsEstablish referral, intake, eligibility, and pharmacy coordination processesPartner with leadership on program design, capacity planning, and growthLead Clinical Excellence
Serve as the agency’s infusion therapy clinical expertProvide oversight, mentorship, and competency validation for infusion RNsEnsure safe delivery of IVIG, biologics, antibiotics, hydration, and other ordered therapiesOversee assessments, care plans, documentation, and clinical monitoringSet escalation pathways and emergency procedures specific to infusion careDrive Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with NYSDOH, LHCSA, CMS (as applicable), and agency policiesLead quality initiatives, chart reviews, incident investigations, and performance monitoringTrack key infusion metrics such as adverse events, adherence, and documentation accuracySupport audits, surveys, and program-readiness activitiesRecruit, Train & Support Infusion Nursing Staff
Recruit and onboard qualified infusion RNsDevelop and deliver infusion-specific training and competency programsMaintain high clinical standards and provide coaching and performance supportCollaborate & Advocate for Patients
Work closely with prescribing providers, infusion pharmacies, and referral sourcesEducate patients and caregivers on infusion treatment, safety, and expectationsServe as a clinical liaison across internal and external partnersWORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work performed across office settings, client homes, and community-based environments.Medium work requiring up to 50 lbs of force occasionally.Travel required for home visits, training, and program oversight.What You’ll Bring
