What You’ll Do

As an RN Nurse Supervisor, you will:

Oversee healthcare services, clinical interventions, and ongoing medical needs for program membersParticipate in Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and interdisciplinary case conferencesCoordinate medical care with primary care providers and external partnersAdvocate for the health, safety, and well-being of each program memberConduct pre-admission reviews, assessments, and develop AFC plans of careEnsure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate, confidential medical recordsRecruit, train, supervise, and support AFC caregiversPerform quality assurance activities, including audits and policy reviewsCollaborate with multiple agencies to ensure coordinated, high-quality careMaintain all required certifications and follow safety protocolsWhat You Bring

Required Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of MassachusettsMinimum of 2 years of recent, hands-on experience with elderly or disabled adultsExperience working within AFC or DDS programsStrong communication, organization, and documentation skillsAbility to educate and train adult learnersBasic computer proficiency and comfort using Zoom and EMR systemsValid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, current insurance, and annual vehicle inspectionAbility to pass CORI, SORI, fingerprinting, and other required background checks

Preferred Qualifications:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
